In dat geval is “Erasmus voor Jonge Ondernemers” misschien iets voor jou!

Wat is het? 

Het “Erasmus voor Jonge Ondernemers” programma werd begin 2009 gelanceerd door de Europese Commissie met als doel nieuwe ondernemers te helpen bij het verwerven van vaardigheden die nodig zijn om een KMO te runnen en te laten groeien. Daartoe biedt het programma de mogelijkheid aan nieuwe ondernemers om gedurende een periode van minimaal één maand en maximaal zes maanden samen te werken met een ervaren ondernemer in een andere EU-lidstaat. Intermediaire organisaties helpen bij het zoeken naar geschikte partnerorganisaties in het buitenland. Bovendien voorziet het programma in praktische en financiële steun voor de nieuwe ondernemer.

Wat is het doel?

Ondernemerschap is van essentieel belang voor economische groei en werkgelegenheidscreatie. Bij startende ondernemers ontbreekt het echter vaak aan managementervaring. Dit is, in combinatie met het feit dat het grootste deel van de KMO’s slechts in één land werkzaam is, een belemmering voor groei. Het “Erasmus voor Jonge Ondernemers” programma helpt nieuwe ondernemers de nodige vaardigheden te verwerven en hun bereik in Europa te vergroten door hen ervaring te laten opdoen bij een gastondernemer in een andere EU-lidstaat. Zo bevordert ze het concurrentievermogen, de internationalisering en de groei van startende en bestaande KMO’s in Europa.
